Our custom homes are designed and built to create a home that fits the way the client lives. Our renovation projects vary in size and scope from outdoor living areas to entire residences. We can match your current residence design or create one from scratch. Our services can encompass concept to completion or simply construction management and consulting services.

Constable Builders has 18 years of experience with many diverse facets of the building industry that they draw upon to help clients create their ultimate living space. Constable Builders was founded by the president and owner, Rick Constable. Rick is personally involved in every aspect of every project. Rick's background includes experience at an early age in custom residential building along side of his father. Later, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Rick has worked with with one of the largest production homebuilders in the world and as a construction consultant for commercial banking. He currently serves as the 2008 President for the Lake Norman Home Builders Asociation.
